The savviest element, though, is one you can’t see: the nanotechnology in the wool fibers. “It drops three degrees when you’re hot and rises three degrees when you’re cold,” says Everest, who then proceeded to pour water over some plaid and herringbone swatches. “It just rolls off like mercury.” The ceramic-coated fibers are dirt-resistant, too.
